JunkBadger Residential & Cleanout Service Agreement

1. Scope of Service

JunkBadger operates a marketplace connecting property owners and hosts ("Client") with pre-vetted independent hauling professionals ("Contractor"). The service purchased at checkout defines the scope of work. Tasks outside the selected package or agreed hourly checklist are not included and may require a new booking. Contractors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of JunkBadger.

2. Property Access & Readiness

Client is responsible for providing accurate access instructions, gate or lock codes, parking guidance, and pet information before the scheduled start time. If the Contractor cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the scheduled start, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation. Client agrees to secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medication, and irreplaceable valuables prior to service.

3. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are free of charge. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit total applies. No-access or same-day cancellation at the door is charged at 100% of the visit total to compensate the Contractor for reserved time and travel.

4. Load Size & Accepted Items

Pricing is based on the load size and item charges selected at checkout. If the crew determines on site that the actual volume or items differ materially from the booking, the crew will confirm the adjusted price with Client before loading. Hazardous materials (including wet paint, fuel, solvents, chemicals, asbestos and medical waste) are not accepted.

5. Pricing, Payment Authorization & Subscriptions

Client authorizes JunkBadger to charge the selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees. Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) renew automatically at the displayed per-visit rate, including the plan discount, until cancelled by Client. Discounts apply only while the recurring plan remains active. Client may cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation takes effect for visits not yet within the 24-hour window.

6. Escrow & Payout Release

Funds are held in platform escrow and released to the Contractor 72 hours after the Contractor submits completion with required before/after photo verification. Client waives further claims relating to service quality once the 72-hour window elapses and funds are released.

7. Quality Guarantee & Dispute Window

Client may report an issue through the platform's Report Issue tool within the 72-hour escrow window, including photographs and a written description. Filing a report freezes the payout pending review. JunkBadger may, at its discretion, arrange a return visit, issue a partial credit, or issue a full refund. Determinations by JunkBadger's resolution team are final for amounts held in escrow.

8. Damage, Liability & Limitations

Contractors carry their own general liability coverage. Claims for alleged damage must be reported within 72 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. JunkBadger's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a single visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. JunkBadger is not liable for pre-existing wear, damage to items not disclosed as delicate, driveway or lawn wear from normal vehicle and trailer access, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Exclusions

Service excludes hazardous waste, biohazard remediation, items that cannot be safely lifted or moved, and any task the Contractor reasonably determines to be unsafe. The Contractor may decline or pause service in unsafe conditions without forfeiting the visit charge.

10. Non-Solicitation

For 12 months following any completed visit, Client agrees not to engage, directly or indirectly, any Contractor introduced through JunkBadger for junk removal services outside the platform. A referral fee equal to $2,500 per Contractor may be assessed for breach of this section.

11. Privacy, Photos & Security

Client consents to the capture and storage of before/after photographs of serviced areas for quality verification and dispute resolution. Photographs are stored privately, accessible only to Client, the assigned Contractor, and authorized JunkBadger staff, and are not used for marketing without separate written consent.

12. Electronic Signature & Entire Agreement

By typing or drawing a signature below, Client agrees this constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable electronic transaction law, equivalent to a handwritten signature. Client confirms authority to authorize service and payment for the property listed. This agreement, together with the booking details recorded at checkout, constitutes the entire agreement for the service purchased.
